Who we are
StitchMyPhoto is run by PT Upgraded Inovasi Cerdas, a company registered in Indonesia. You can reach us at [email protected].
Your photos
StitchMyPhoto turns photos into patterns inside your browser. Your photos are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
What stays on your device
Your saved patterns (a smaller copy of the photo and your settings), the floss you've ticked as owned, and your license key are kept in your browser's storage on your device. They are not sent to us. You can remove them by deleting your patterns or clearing this site's data in your browser.
What we get when you buy
Our payment partner, the merchant of record, takes your payment and shares your name, email address, country and order details with us. We use them to send your license key, to help you if you write to us, and to keep the records the law requires. We never see your card details.
Measurement and advertising
We use Usermaven, a privacy-focused analytics service, in its cookie-free mode to understand how people use the site. Usermaven sees your IP address and browser details and turns them into a scrambled visitor identifier. It does not set cookies.
Our own server counts page views, button clicks and app events (for example "pattern made" and "PDF downloaded"), per ad campaign. Those counts store no IP address and no cookie, and never include your photo.
When we advertise on Facebook and Instagram, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which ads bring people to the site and which lead to a purchase. When you buy, we send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address, your IP address and your browser's user agent, so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. The Pixel sets cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrived from an ad). Meta's use of this data is described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
Who else handles your data
- Our payment partner, which processes your order as the merchant of record.
- Our email provider (Acumbamail), which sends your license email.
- Our server host, where order and license records are stored.
- Usermaven and Meta, as described above.
We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your order and license record for as long as your license is valid, so we can help you unlock new devices, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
- You can block cookies in your browser settings and change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Children
StitchMyPhoto is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
