Who we are

StitchMyPhoto is made and sold by PT Upgraded Inovasi Cerdas, a company registered in Indonesia ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

What you buy

You buy a personal license to the full version of StitchMyPhoto, a web app that turns your photos into cross-stitch patterns and C2C crochet graphs. The price is shown before checkout. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription, and we won't charge you again. Your license includes the updates we make to the app.

Payment

Orders are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record. It takes the payment, handles sales tax and sends your receipt. Its name appears at checkout and on your receipt. We never see your card details.

Getting your license

After you pay, you get a license key on screen and by email. The key unlocks the full version in your browser. Keep that email: it's how you unlock another device, or unlock again after clearing your browser.

What your license allows

• You can use StitchMyPhoto yourself, on any phone, tablet or computer you use.
• You can stitch, gift and sell the finished pieces you make from your patterns.
• You can't sell, share or publish the PDF patterns or your license key, and you can't resell or copy the app.

Your photos

Use photos you took or have permission to use. Your photos are processed in your browser and are never sent to us, so you are responsible for the photos you choose.

Your saved patterns

Your patterns are saved in your browser on your device, not on our servers. Clearing your browser's data, or a browser's automatic cleanup of sites you haven't opened for a while, can delete them. Use "Download backup" in My patterns to keep a copy. We can't recover patterns we never received.

What to expect

• Results depend on your photo. Background removal works for people, dogs, cats, birds, horses, sheep, cows and vehicles.
• Skein counts are estimates, and floss and yarn colors are the closest matches by color. Check them in person before you buy.
• StitchMyPhoto needs an up-to-date web browser.

Refunds

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy. A refund ends your license to the full version.

Liability

StitchMyPhoto is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with StitchMyPhoto is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be taken away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
